Web Design Process
Step 3 - HTML Coding, Choosing Images and Pages, Creating and Implementing Content
What we do: in this process the website starts to come to life, as we start coding into HTML. We will implement your written content, images, and everything else into web page format so it is viewable in an Internet browser. We will complete every page that you have provided us content for.
What you do: get all of your content ready for us to plug into your site, and email it as you go along. This includes deciding what type of pages you want, and what the content of each page will be. Also, this is your time to choose from the photos we took for you with our photographer, or to visit our friends at www.istockphoto.com and jot down the numbers of the photos you like.
Step 4 - Review in Internet Browser, Make Changes, Choose Your Domain, Finalize & Upload
What we do: we will upload your pages to our Internet test pages so that you can see exactly what your website will look like, click around, and all that fancy stuff. We will make any changes you require and re-upload the changes for you to review. After you choose your domain name, we will purchase it, finalize your website and upload it to your domain! Your website is now online!
What you do: view your website in our test pages in your Internet browser, and let us know of any changes or errors. Make sure you click around all of the links, and find all things you want change as this is the last step before we will be uploading your site to YOUR domain instead of our testing site. You also have to now decide what your domain is going to be. Visit www.checkdomain.com and type in what you want your domain to be to see if it's available. Give us the green light when you're happy with all of your pages. We'll purchse your domain, and upload site to our hosting, and your site will be on the net!
