Will I need maintenance for my website?
Unless you have some decent knowledge of HTML, chances are you will need maintenance to your website at some point. Usually the maintenance our clients require is for simple changes such as staff, updates, and so on.
How much will updates cost me?
For very small updates such as staff changes, we will not charge you. For anything that takes us half an hour or longer, we change a very reasonable rate of $50/hr. This is a great rate compared to many companies who charges upwards of $70/hr.
Is there any way to update our site without knowing HTML?
Yes there is, depending on what you need done. We can integrate a special system that will allow you to update your website by using the same types of tools that you would see in blogs, on facebook, and so on. Please make us aware of this requirement before we build your site.
How long do the changes get up on our site after we give you them?
This all depends on the amount of work as well as the urgency. We ask that you let us know how urgent the changes are. If they are extremely urgent we will squeeze them in right away, and if not, we will get them done within one week.
